Hey Happy Monday!
So today im going to do a tutorial for back to school/work makeup. It uses reasonably inexpensive products, and uses neutral colours. It’s important you feel comfortable in what you’re wearing so you can wear more or less than I have. The point of school/work makeup is that it is meant to look natural, think of it as yourself but more enhanced. 🙂
Makeup I have on prior to the tutorial:Â
.Bourjois healthy mix foundation- shade 52
.Rimmel wake me up concealer – soft beige
.Maybelline dream matte powder- golden beige
.No7 eyebrow pencil- brown/black
Eyes
1) First I apply Maybelline color tattoo eyeshadow (eternal gold) all over my lid with my fingers.
2) I then take my elf eyeshadow duo in butter pecan. Using an eyeshadow brush I put the peach colour on my lid and the brown into the crease. I also applied a white eyeliner to my inner corners (avon colortrend eyeliner in white)
3) I apply a thin black line of eyeliner on my top lashline and wing it out, to give a wide-eyed effect. I use L’oreals super liner for green eyes.Â
Next I curl my lashes and apply 2 coats of Maybellines Colossal mascara. I concentrate more product on the outer corners.Â
Lips:
1) I apply Mac’s Bombshell lipstick to my lips.
2) I then add a thing layer of vaseline over the top.Â
Cheeks:
1)Using Bourjois’ chocolate bronzer (shade 52) I lightly contour my face with a medium sized blush brush.
2) I apply Rimmel santa rose blush to the apples of my cheeks and blend back.Â
I hope you liked the look! Thanks for reading. Feel free to Comment below any ideas for future posts or your thoughts.
Have a great week!
